Friday Feature

Today's recipe is courtesy of my momma!


Broccoli Salad
1 bunch of fresh broccoli
8 strips of bacon (cooked)
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup sunflower seed kernels
 
Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbs vinegar
 
I mix the dressing the day before and refrigerate it.  Chop the broccoli and the bacon and mix with the onion, raisins, and sunflower seed kernels.  Add the dressing a few hours before serving.
