It's hard to believe that summer is quickly coming to an end!
Here's a favorite summer treat, that I haven't made in ages!
1 1/2 c frozen strawberries
1 c heavy whipping cream
1/2 c sugar
1 c champagne
Put all in blender and freeze. Serve over/with ice cream, or alone like sorbet!
