Sausage and Egg Casserole

1 lb sausage, browned, rinsed and drained
5 eggs
2 c milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb (8 oz) cheddar cheese
7 slices of bread, torn into small pieces

Beat eggs and add milk.  Add bread then remaining ingredients.  Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for one hour covered.  This recipe can be doubled - use an oversized baking dish and bake for an hour and a half; also if doubled, add 1 lb of hot sausage with 1 lb of regular for better spice!
